HANetf is a London-based independent ETF and ETC specialist, founded in 2017 by ETF entrepreneurs Hector McNeil and Nik Bienkowski. Its white-label platform provides product-development, operational, regulatory, capital-markets, marketing, and distribution support for asset managers bringing UCITS ETFs and ETCs to the European market.

The Lead Developer role supports HANetf’s technology and data platform: leading Python automation, PostgreSQL development, Microsoft data flows and Azure Data Factory pipelines, Power BI reporting, SharePoint integrations, market-data workflows, and responsible adoption of AI productivity tools. The role partners with product, distribution, marketing, and operations teams to deliver scalable, well-governed data solutions.
