How do you work with others to understand requirements, share knowledge and contribute to team objectives?

I try to make collaboration practical, clear and dependable.

Understand the Real Need: I start by clarifying the business goal, the data needed and how the output will be used, rather than just taking a request at face value. - Communicate Progress Clearly: I keep people updated on what I am doing, what is blocked and when they can expect the next step. - Work Well with Different Roles: In a data team that means collaborating with engineers, analysts, product owners and business stakeholders, each of whom views the problem differently. - Contribute in Agile Ceremonies: Stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives are useful because they surface blockers early and help the team improve how it works. - Share Knowledge: I document decisions, explain my reasoning and help others where I can, because strong teams are easier to scale than isolated individuals. - Stay Open to Feedback: Good collaboration includes being able to adjust your approach when someone has better context or a better idea.
